- What happens to these things after they are no longer needed?
- How do animals and plants use things in nature again and again?
Task 2
How is waste in nature different from waste made by humans?
- What do you notice about the way waste is handled in nature compared to our rubbish (like packaging or plastic)?
- Why is it important to put our waste in the correct bin?
- How does recycling help reduce the problems human waste causes?
Task 3
How could you help your family or school reduce waste and take care of nature?
- What are some ways other kids, families or schools have helped reduce waste? (Use provided videos, discuss and research online with support.)
- What actions could you plan (such as a Clean Up day or a recycling campaign) to help nature where you live?
- How will you know if your actions are making a difference? (e.g. recording changes in a nature/waste journal, surveying others, or taking before/after photos)
