- What are some common obstacles or difficulties people experience when trying to reach their goals?
- How has having a mentor helped others overcome obstacles?
- Research and describe a real-life example of a person (famous or from your community) who achieved a goal with the help of a mentor.
Task 3
How can you design an action plan, using technology, to help you achieve your 365-day goal with support from a mentor?
- What are some steps you could take over the next year to reach your goal?
- How can you use digital tools (like calendars, goal-tracking apps, or emails) to stay in touch with your mentor and monitor your progress?
- How will you ensure your plan is realistic, includes support strategies, and considers personal and community wellbeing?
