Fact sheet summary
Cool.org has worked with Science & Technology Australia to create teacher and learning resources to introduce your students to the Superstars of STEM. These fact sheets come with vocabulary and comprehension questions and are perfect for English, Science, Maths or Design and Technology. Some are short and snappy, some are longer and more technical to cater to a range of abilities.
Dr. Katie Buchhorn is a mathematician and data scientist. She uses statistics and writes code to solve real world problems and is currently working on ways to make the world a safer place for women and girls.
