Lesson Summary
Students explore belonging in a diverse and inclusive community through discussion, poetry and collaborative art. Using Harmony Week as a real-world context, they share and justify their views on diversity, respect and belonging, while learning how imagery, similes and metaphors express feelings and ideas.
