In this Year 9–10 Digital Technologies and Design and Technologies unit, ‘Discovering Careers in Tech’, students explore diverse tech industry careers. 

Throughout each lesson, students build an understanding of the skills and knowledge required for working in different tech roles, and apply problem-solving approaches to real-world challenges that mirror industry practices. They explore how technology solutions are designed for users, informed by data and shaped by creative and technical processes.

Students develop confidence in navigating pathways into tech roles and gain insight into the capabilities needed to pursue careers in this rapidly changing field.
