In this set of lessons, students will engage in a variety of mindful practices designed to develop body awareness and deepen their connection with nature. Activities range from quick 2-minute exercises to longer 60-minute projects. Students will focus on their senses, observe the elements of nature, and reflect on inner and outer gifts.
