Help students develop healthy digital habits with our free resources for Years 7 - 10. Created with the Alannah & Madeline Foundation, these curriculum-aligned HPE lessons use an anonymous class survey to explore digital wellbeing, online safety, and respectful online behaviour.
After completing an online Digital Health Check survey, students use their anonymous class data to explore the digital spaces and experiences they navigate regularly.
Through familiar online scenarios, discussion prompts, and collaborative activities, they'll investigate online safety, reflect on their digital habits, and develop practical strategies for using technology safely, confidently, and responsibly.

Developed by the Alannah & Madeline Foundation, Digital Health Check uses a simple online survey to help students in Years 7 - 10 understand their digital health. It then analyses their responses to provide personalised recommendations, insights, and tips, helping young people to recognise their strengths and identify areas where they could benefit from additional support.
Designed by digital literacy experts and rigorously tested and co-designed with educators and students, Digital Health Check integrates with existing eSmart resources and supports young learners to to help young people build positive, self-aware digital habits.

These resources were created with the Alannah & Madeline Foundation, a national not-for-profit organisation dedicated to keeping young people free from violence and trauma wherever they live, learn, and play.
