Hope is expressed through action. Action is sustained by hope.
The Cool.org 2030 strategy is built to give young people both.

Since our inception, Cool.org has championed learning that centres curiosity, connection, and contribution. Our way of learning anticipates and meets the needs of young people and the world they actually live in.
And since our inception, we have believed in the power of young people to make positive change, and of the people who care about their futures.
It’s these very beliefs that see us forging a path that broadens and deepens our responses to the challenges facing young people through the Cool.org 2030 Strategy.
We commit to delivering better outcomes for children and young people through real-world learning, innovation, collaboration and advocacy.
And because we know that learning has never been isolated to schools and classrooms, we commit to embedding this way of learning in learning communities across Australia.
Cool Schools, Cool Labs and Cool Amplify are how we do it.
Exposed to more information than any generation before them, today’s young people are paying attention to everything.
And in navigating futures increasingly shaped by climate and technological disruption, inequality and social fragmentation, misinformation and disinformation, and economic uncertainty, they’re already choosing hope.

Hope is a powerful and learnable mindset. It shapes how we think about, see, and engage with our world.
When young people have a genuine sense of hope, they stop seeing the world’s problems as things that happen to them, and start seeing them as things they can change.
Taking action isn't only activism - it's about how you show up and positively impact our world.
When hope and action work together, young people don't just learn, they lead. They build skills and capabilities for their learning, their work, and their communities.
Along with Cool Schools, Cool Labs, and Cool Amplify, the Cool.org Hope & Act Framework is central to how we deliver on our commitment for 2030.
To every person who,
Believes that children and young people deserve more than awareness without agency,
Is committed to designing equitable education systems and pathways that reflect the world they actually live in, and
Is ready to champion a generation sustained by hope and meaningful action,
This is our invitation to you.
Be part of what comes next.
