Tips for Parents and Carers
If your kid/s have trouble staying still, you might like to put a small mat or some masking tape on the spot they have chosen. This helps them remember where they should be. You might also like to set a timer for the observation component of this task.
If the weather is poor or you don’t have any safe outdoor space, this activity could be completed indoors or gazing from a window.
When making artworks, ensure there is enough space for your kid/s to spread out and consider putting some newspaper down to protect your surfaces. You might like to set up a space outside where they can complete this activity. If you’re feeling really brave, you might let them use non-toxic paint.
