Teaching Resources for Blue: The Film

  • Blue: The Film Education Resources

BLUE is the story our generation needs to hear. The industrialization that has occurred in the oceans over the last century, mirrors the events that triggered mass extinctions on land. Industrial scale fishing, habitat destruction, species loss and pollution have placed the ocean in peril. The very nature of the sea is being irretrievably altered.

The tide has come for change.

With over half of marine life lost and industrialization spreading, BLUE presents the challenges ahead and the potential for positive change. This powerful documentary transforms our perception of the liquid world, urging the audience to take action and become guardians for our ocean, the guardian of life on earth.
