  • Social and Emotional Learning with LifeChanger

We've partnered with LifeChanger Foundation to design lessons that support teachers in delivering high-quality Health and Physical Education (HPE) and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) experiences for Years 5 - 8. Suitable for all educators, regardless of their involvement in the LifeChanger program.

Supporting students through key stages of school life

Navigating change can be challenging, especially for young people. But supporting your students through important transitions, exploring identity, and building resilience, confidence and leadership skills doesn't have to be.

These free, Australian Curriculum-aligned SEL lessons are designed with leading preventative youth mental health organisation, LifeChanger, to help you tackle the real stuff your Years 5 to 8 students are facing: from big emotions and friendship challenges to finding their purpose and preparing for what's next.

What you'll explore with your students

These practical, strengths-based SEL resources have been designed to help young people in Years 5 to 8:
🌱 Build confidence and resilience through times of change
🪞 Explore who they are and what matters to them
🧠 Understand and manage their emotions with care
🤝 Nurture friendships and meaningful connections with others
🌟 Discover their strengths, passions, and sense of purpose
🧘 Practise mindfulness, self-belief, and positive self-talk.
