Workshop 4: Let's Talk Wellbeing

We know that young people are at risk of and struggling with declining mental health. We also know that many educators are feeling overwhelmed, leading to declines in their own wellbeing.

This workshop is for, and primarily about, you—our educators.

We'll be joined by Megan Corcoran for a free, hour-long workshop focusing on personal and collective wellbeing. You’ll have opportunities to ask questions and walk away with tangible, sustainable strategies and ideas you can use in term 4 and beyond to take care of your own wellbeing, lend a hand to your peers and support your students.

How can I get involved?

Registration is simple and FREE for all Cool.org members!

Click the registration link for the workshop you'd like to attend, complete the form and a Zoom link will be sent to you to add to your calendar.

We know teachers love to share, so please feel free to share with your PLTs, colleagues and teacher friends.

We can't wait to learn alongside you!
