Jump Rope for Heart can help primary schools meet the mandatory weekly requirements for student participation in sport and physical activity. To participate please follow the steps below:

1. Register your school at jumprope.org.au/teachers
2. Register your students. Parents can register their children at jumprope.org.au/parents
3. Receive your free skipping kit
4. Ask other teachers to promote the program in their classes
5. Choose your start date and Jump Off (finish) date
6. Start skipping and fundraising to help save Aussie hearts
