Lesson Summary
In this activity, children are asked to investigate colours in nature. All children are asked to look at a range of colourful objects found in nature, to share what they know about these objects and to sort these objects into different colour groups. Older children are then asked to create a picture from these objects by sticking objects onto cardboard.
This activity is designed to help connect children to the wonders of the natural world through sensory and play-based learning.
