Sometimes, we need to give ourselves a pep talk and remind ourselves how amazing we really are. In this activity, children will explore how words can make us feel and practice affirmations to remind themselves of just how wonderful they are. This is a ‘Take Action’ activity following on from reading Charlie’s Tales: Cassia and the Fire Dragons by The Pretty Foundation.
