Activity summary
In this activity, children learn to relax and relieve muscle tension by following a guided mindfulness script to help them smile on the inside. They learn about mindfulness through nature-inspired practices, focusing on their breath, body, thoughts, and emotions. This activity also helps them develop skills in concentration, resilience, and managing their emotions and bodies.
