At this activity station children work together to create a connected treehouse play area. This station is one of six in our Traipsing through Trees series that are perfect for setting up for drop-off time or after lunch to scaffold child-centred exploration and learning.

Resources Required
- Large cardboard boxes (big enough to fit a child or two inside!)
- Other cardboard materials such as tubes, rolls, sheets, small boxes, etc
- Paper in forest colours (greens, browns, beige, black)
- Leaves (paper or real leaves)
- Tape (masking or sticky)
- Pictures of treehouses Template
- Tree-dwelling soft toys! (think birds, possums, bats, lizards, koalas etc).
