Reading Passage
Today, we learned some really cool things about the "inner hero" and "inner villain" that are inside each of us! Imagine you have a superhero and a tricky villain living in your head. Your inner hero is like a cheerleader, helping you be your best self by thinking good thoughts and encouraging you to meet your goals. The inner villain, on the other hand, can try to hold you back by making you doubt yourself or get off track. The fun part is learning how to work with your villain rather than battle it. We can use strategies like positive self-talk to calm our inner villain and grow our inner hero. By saying positive affirmations like "I am enough" or "I am capable," we shift our thoughts from negative to positive, making us feel powerful and ready to tackle any challenge!
