Affirmation
An affirmation is a positive statement you say to yourself to help you feel good or confident. For example, if you tell yourself 'I am capable and strong' when you are feeling nervous, that is an affirmation.
Inner hero
Your inner hero is the part of you that helps you make good choices and be your best self, especially when you face challenges. For example, your inner hero might help you stay calm and try your best, even when a task is hard.
Inner villain
Your inner villain is the part of you that can make you doubt yourself or act in ways that do not help you reach your goals. For example, your inner villain might make you think 'I can't do this', stopping you from trying new things.
Positive self-talk
Positive self-talk means saying kind and encouraging things to yourself in your mind. For example, instead of thinking 'I'll never get this right', you could tell yourself 'If I keep trying, I can improve.'
Strategy
A strategy is a planned action or idea you use to solve a problem or handle a difficult situation. For example, taking deep breaths or asking for help are strategies you can use to manage your inner villain.
