This Course is Part 3 of 3 Courses. In this series of three courses, you will learn what passion-led learning is and why it is important.
You will learn:
- How to share profiles with other teachers
- How to integrate passion-led learning into the classroom
- How to practically implement passion-led learning

This course will take you 2 hours to complete. Enjoy it in one session, or spread it out over a few weeks. You will have ongoing access via your personal dashboard.
Accreditation:
This course is mapped to the Professional Standards for Teachers. It is accredited for teacher professional development hours:
Proficient Teacher – all states and territories:
- 1.1 Physical, social and intellectual development and characteristics of students
- 1.2 Understand how students learn
- 1.5 Differentiate teaching to meet the specific learning needs of students across the full range of abilities
- 3.1 Establish challenging learning goals
- 3.2 Plan, structure and sequence learning programs
- 6.2 Engage in professional learning and improve practice
This course is not currently accredited in the ACT (TQI). However, it can be counted towards teacher identified learning hours (ACT).

Who are the instructors?
Madelaine Imber is a leadership coach and instructional designer with experience across a diverse range of educational settings, including schools, government departments, TAFEs, universities and the not-for-profit sector. She is passionate about high-quality teacher professional learning.
Hamish Curry has been involved in education and learning settings for over 25 years. He trained as a primary and secondary teacher but spent most of his teaching time with those tricky Year 9s. He has also worked in unique learning settings, from schools in the UK to English training in Japan and managing learning at the State Library of Victoria. He has also specialised in design thinking for learning and leading the Asia Education Foundation on intercultural learning. In fact, if anything has something to do with learning and its design, Hamish will always be interested in making it better.
