Job applications are challenging at the best of times, but when we are freshly beginning a new career, understanding the nuances of the industry is daunting. Education is just such a nuanced industry and, without a guide and seems difficult to navigate. This course will guide you through the steps of applying for jobs in the industry, not just standard advice to job applicants. The course will look at role selection, how to write and submit applications, and the interviewing and hiring process and includes a number of hot tips to get you feeling on your game and confident to hit ‘submit.
You will learn:
- how the job application process for teachers works
- what you should and should not include in your application
- what the process of being hired involves
