This course outlines the changes made in the Early Years Learning Framework: Belonging, Being and Becoming v2 and how these differ from the previous EYLF, giving educators an understanding of how these changes benefit child and educator learning.
You will learn:
The changes that have occurred in the EYLF and:
- where sustainability used to exist in the EYLF and in practice
- the role of sustainability in the EYLF V2
- how the new emphasis on sustainability can provide new opportunities to educators and children
- how to authentically implement sustainability into the planning cycle.
Course time:
This course will take you 2 hours to complete. Enjoy it in one session or spread it out over a few weeks. You will have ongoing access via your personal dashboard so long as you maintain a Cool+ subscription.

This course is mapped to the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.

Hayley Sommeling-Farrugia is an experienced Early Years Educator, Primary School Teacher, and Instructional Designer for Cool.
