Course summary

As young people move from childhood to adulthood, they experience significant changes in their lives. As they carve out their own identity, seeking autonomy and independence from their families and other adults, they face increasing pressure from their peers and social media to behave in certain ways. This course will guide you through managing these behaviours and seeking the reason behind the poor choices adolescents may make so as to understand better how to preempt and navigate challenges together.
