In this course, you will learn how to use thinking tools that dig deep into a topic, guide reflection and develop the general capability of Critical and Creative Thinking.
You will learn:
Explore thinking tools that go beyond mind maps and PMI charts. In this course, you’ll experience tools that help ascertain prior knowledge, dig deep into a topic and guide reflection. You’ll be able to weave each tool into your curriculum and create a culture of engaged thinkers and learners. In this course, you’ll learn:
- How to teach each element of the Critical and Creative Thinking general capability.
- How to dig deep into topics and personal opinions.
- How to help Foundation to Year 6 students identify their own thinking processes.
- How to download lesson plans containing a range of thinking tools.
Course time:
This course will take you 2 hours to complete. Enjoy it in one session or spread it out over a few weeks. You will have ongoing access via your personal dashboard.
