Fact sheet summary
In this educational factsheet, we explore the differences between Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Sources. When conducting research or telling a story, we seek out evidence or sources of information. These can often be categorised as either primary, secondary, or tertiary. These different categories are defined by the originality of the material and how close the material is to the source of origin.
