The animated series Bluey serves as a valuable tool in fostering children's development of imagination, curiosity, and social and emotional learning.
This lesson focuses on the capability of mindfulness. Students practice a guided mindfulness activity in nature, engaging their senses to help them be present in the moment and disconnected from any worries or concerns they may have. They write and/or illustrate a personal anecdote around an experience they have with overcoming worries or anxiety.
