
This set of mindfulness activities is designed to connect students to nature and improve their focus and awareness. The activities vary in length from 2 to 60 minutes and cover a range of practices including breathing, posture, relaxation, and sensory observation. Students will explore the five senses, create nature-based metaphors, and engage in group activities to deepen their connection to nature and promote self-knowledge and resilience.
