Lesson summary
Children understand that we can see constellations in the night sky and recognise that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples can use the night sky to understand the world around them. Children create a constellation of something or someone that is important to them.
This activity forms part of the Caring For Country: Introductory Lessons and Themed Activities. It is recommended that you complete the Introductory Tuning in Lessons in this unit before sharing the Themed Activities with children.
