Activity summary
How do we know what our bodies need? Sometimes, little bodies are so busy that it’s hard to pay attention to what their bodies need. In this relaxation activity, children will practice checking in with their body and thinking about what they need. This is a ‘Take Action’ activity following on from reading Charlie’s Tales: Dara and the Moonlight Cub by the Pretty Foundation.
