If you’re happy and you know it, clap your hands! What about if we’re feeling something different? In this activity, children explore how their bodies feel when they are experiencing different emotions and what they can do about those feelings. This is a ‘Take Action’ activity following on from reading Charlie’s Tales: Dara and the Moonlight Cub by the Pretty Foundation.
