Activity Summary
This activity is designed to get children thinking about the invertebrates in the yard and how they might need help from people to live safely and comfortably. Children begin by looking at a range of invertebrate flashcards and discussing the animals they see. Children then create an invertebrate house or habitat zone for the yard at their centre or home.
