Lesson summary

Children connect with their bodies and take notice of their heartbeat before and after physical activity. They tap out the pattern of their heartbeat in response to their emotions (scared, calm, excited, etc.) in a fun music and rhythm game.

  • This activity is all about paying attention to our bodies, and the way our bodies respond to physical activity.
