Blue - Liveability

This lesson incorporates clips from Blue The Film as learning inspiration. Students explore the impact unsustainable fishing practices have on the liveability of traditional small fishing villages in the Asian region. They will explore their perceptions of liveability and consider the current and future viability, and quality of life for the people in small fishing villages, whose main livelihood depends on the resources from the oceans. Students will explore the interconnection between environmental protection, sustainability and liveability.
