Presentation Summary

We might think we eat plenty of fruits and vegetables but there are around 50,000 edible plants in the world. The plants that we do eat often originate from places far away from where they are now grown. Four edible plants make up 50% of the food we eat. These are known as staples and are essential to food security. Can you name them?
