
This unit, developed in partnership with The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria, aims to help students from around Australia understand the vital role agriculture plays in our daily lives, particularly through the provision of food and fibre. Students will explore different types of farming, agricultural components of the Royal Melbourne Show, animal welfare on farms, personal connection to farm products, and jobs in farming and agriculture through various activities, research, and presentations.
