These lessons aim to educate students on the impact of sugar on their health and wellbeing. Through activities such as jigsaw classroom activities, infographics, and visible thinking routines, students will learn about the different forms of sugar, the nutritional information of food and drinks, and the benefits of reducing sugar in their diet. They will also take social action by organising events such as Good Health Snack-Fests to educate their peers on the importance of consuming food and drinks with high nutritional value.
