This unit plan is based on the film Who We Are: Brave New Clan - People and aims to help students explore their own identity, values, and connections to their community. Students will learn about the importance of diversity and reconciliation, and engage in activities that promote empathy and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture. They will also plan and execute a project aimed at promoting reconciliation in their school or community. Finally, students will create a short film about themselves, exploring their own identity and personal story.
