Resources Required
- A range of materials construct tables, but these shouldn't be expected table materials (i.e. flat wooden board and legs). Instead, provide a range of materials that will pose more of a challenge, such as cardboard, fabric, old pipes, rope, pool noodles etc
- A range of weights, such as dumbbells
- Timer or stopwatch.
