In this lesson, students consider how time is meaningful and precious. They link organ and tissue donation to the concept of giving more time to others. Using creative texts as inspiration, they practise writing their own creative or persuasive text about time.

- reflect on varied texts, both creative and factual to explore the concept of time
- understand and reflect upon personal stories to gain perspective on the theme of organ donation.

Students can:
- use the texts they have studied as inspiration for their own sustained writing

- write a persuasive or creative text in response to the topic.
