Lesson summary
This game is based upon the game “Red Light, Green Light”. Instead of the children responding to the calls of “Red Light” and “Green Light” from the person nominated as “it”, the person nominated as “it” is a frog and the rest of the class are insects, trying to cross the pond without getting eaten.
Learning intentions:
Students will...
- understand that some animals eat other animals. One single predator such as frogs eat many other prey (animals).
