Lesson summary
In this short activity, students will engage in a nature-centred mindfulness exercise aimed at deepening their connection with the natural world and fostering present-moment awareness. They will participate in a guided meditation that relates the changing seasons to their personal experiences. This activity is intended to serve as a refreshing break in the day and can be integrated before, during, or after your class.
