Organ and Tissue Donation Education Resources
Inspire your classroom with stories
Organ, eye and tissue donation saves lives, restores health and improves the quality of life for thousands of Australians each year. One organ donor can save the lives of up to seven people and help many more through eye and tissue donation.
About the resources
Our resource package takes a fresh approach to the subject of organ and tissue donation. Through inspiring stories of altruism and teamwork, students will be motivated to develop their creativity, communication skills, and critical thinking abilities.
In these lessons, you'll hear real-life stories of professionals and everyday people who have come together through organ and tissue donation. As a student or teacher, you'll be challenged to continue the important conversations about how we can give more people the precious gift of time.

With thanks to our partner
This package of resources has been created in partnership with DonateLife to get young Australians talking about organ and tissue donation. We are grateful to the Organ and Tissue Authority's Community Awareness Grant for making this education project possible.
