The Heart Foundation's Jump Rope for Heart program offers a ready-made skipping program for primary school students. Students will investigate Jump Rope for Heart's impact over the decades and generations of participants. They will also have the opportunity to learn how to creatively incorporate elements of dance into skipping sequences. In addition, students will learn about the impact of smoking, tobacco use and vaping on the body, and how to respond to medical emergencies. Jump Rope for Heart’s program helps students become ambassadors for change in their school's health habits, promoting healthy food, physical activity and mental health.
