The energy audit unit is designed to teach students about energy consumption in their classroom and school. In this unit, students gather real-world data by conducting lighting and appliance audits in their classroom and whole school. With this information, students develop plans to reduce energy consumption, make recommendations, and calculate usage and greenhouse gas emissions.
