This unit asks students to focus inward, thinking about who they are and who they want to be. Thoughts and feelings are explored through reflective activities. This lesson plan consists of five distinct lessons for students, with each lesson focusing on a different theme related to imagination, bravery, vision, research, and identity. Throughout the lessons, students will explore strategies for positive self-talk, understand the theory of imagination, create personal vision boards, design and conduct qualitative research, develop personal definitions of success, and create visual representations of their unique identity.
